We engage with you to discuss your current IT environment and business needs, evaluating via a thorough assessment of your processes and infrastructure, while understanding your pain points. We outline a preliminary solution including how our services address your specific needs, and if your team agrees, we finalize the scope of work and sign necessary paperwork to formalize the partnership.
We arrange for our technician team to visit your location, install and configure our software per the agreed solution, and address any immediate issues or concerns identified during the initial evaluation. Basic training is provided to ensure your team can start using the new system for support.
